Visa bulletin for DV 2010 winners.

Visa interviews for the winners under the DV 2010 program was started on 1st of October 2009 and it will continue till the visas exhaust or till 30th September 2010 the date which the program will be close officially. After this date no visas will be issued under this dv 2010visa lottery program or no one can change their current status to U.S LPR status. American Government used to publish visa bulletin each month. in this visa bulletin there is special section for DV lottery winners each month.

DV 2010 visa bulletin provide you those case numbers which are going to be current in the coming months. Winners with the case numbers up to the given cut out numbers will be called for interview. Prepare yourself for the immigrant visa interview at your consular office in the near future. If you are DV Lottery winner and staying legally in the USA can contact the USCIS office to change your current status to US LPR status. If your dependants are in another country make arrangement for them to attend for the visa interview as your dependants.

When the case numbers read current it means that your region's allotted visas had exhausted and there are no use from the winning any more. If happened so, wait to apply for the forth coming U.S visa lottery program.

For October, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2010 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:
